Paid subscriptions are charged in advance according to your billing cycle. Service delivery begins immediately after payment. By subscribing, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, as digital service delivery commences immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will apply after that period.

We generally do not provide refunds for partial usage or unused portions of your subscription. However, if you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us within 14 days and we will investigate your case individually.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
